Highly reputable firm is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Recruiter to join their HR team. In this role, you will work closely with the Human Resource Manager to develop recruitment strategies that meet business needs. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from defining job requirements to managing candidate communication and negotiating offers.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source and attract employees
• Conduct interviews and assess potential candidates for their suitability for the role
• Maintain and update accurate records of all candidates and their application status
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the team to optimize the recruitment process
• Use HR Administration skills to manage the recruitment cycle effectively
• Utilize Recruitment - Sourcing skills to identify suitable candidates for the positions
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain a deep understanding of the trucking industry to inform recruitment strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in the recruitment process
• Possess a strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Experience in transportation industry a must
• Skilled in Recruitment - Sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using HR and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is preferred
• Certified in Human Resources (PHR) certification is a plus.
