We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for an FP& A Manager/Supervisor in the Portland, Oregon area with one of our long-standing clients. The role involves overseeing financial planning and analysis within our client's organization, with a focus on management reporting and ad hoc analysis. The selected individual will work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, dealing with a high volume of data and interacting with both executives and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing and analysis of financial data, including customer credit applications

• Maintain and update complex financial models for accurate forecasting

• Ensure accurate customer credit records are kept and regularly updated

• Conduct regular management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis

• Interface with executives and customers, summarizing financial data for non-financial audiences

• Utilize tools for corporate performance management

• Assist with review processes and provide support in decision-making procedures

• Handle large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy in details and analytics

• Actively participate in the implementation of financial management tools and software

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.

• Demonstrable experience in Accounting Functions

• Ability to work effectively with Business Units

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling

• Strong Financial Analysis skills

• Proven leadership skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

• MBA or relevant professional certification (like CFA or CPA) is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
