1 year home health experience Required.
1st time traveler OK.
Floating to cover Oahu, Maui, and/or Big Island may be occasionally required (all expenses paid).
MatrixCare documentation; productivity requirement of 25 units per week; scrubs (any color) and closed-toed shoes.
