Voice Engineer (VoIPNow, 3CX, Yeastar, Mitel PABX)

Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications IT related degree or minimum of 5 years IT experience configuring, installing and troubleshooting network and SIP/VoIP Services and Telephony equipment. Hands on, in-depth experience in prepping, configuration, installation, troubleshooting of VoIP PBX's and handset equipment. Previous Telephony experience in vendors such as Porta One, VoIPnow, Asterisk, 3CX, Yeastar, PhonEX One and Voip Monitor . Experience and understanding the following Technologies: Routing and switching LAN, WAN, VLANs, Layer 2 and 3, QoS VoIP and Session Border Controller solutions Have the ability to spec, install, configure and mentor junior resources on Porta One, VoIPnow, Asterisk, 3CX, Yeastar, PhonEX One and Voip Monitor will be advantageous. Valid Drivers License and own vehicle
