Mine Manager - Mining

Description: Hire Resolve's client is currently looking for a Mine Manager to be based in the Northern Cape, where you will oversee the operations of their esteemed mining company. As the Mine Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the mine operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of mining operations, ensuring optimal production and safety standards. Develop and implement mining plans and strategies to achieve operational goals. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation. Lead and mentor a team of mining professionals. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize mining processes and resolve operational issues. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements: Grade 12 Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering. Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency. Opencast Blasting Certificate. 10 years' experience in opencast mining, with a minimum of 3 years as a Mine Manager. Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards.
