As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants or dark kitchen. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing restaurant / kitchen staff, ensuring high food quality, managing customer orders, and maintaining operational efficiency.
