Town Planning Manager - residential developer

Caralex Recruitment Limited has been asked to recruit a Town Planning Manager for a residential developer based in Hampshire.

The role will be to work closely with the land team on sites that theyare reviewing as possible development sites to buy. The work will then continue advising the land teamas the land is bought, through to obtaining planning consent, attending meetings such as public consultations, proposals andappeals, with planning consultants, councils etc.

You will ideally be a Town Planner with a residential developer or local authority and keen for a new challenge on more interesting projects, or a Planning Consultant that advises residential development clients. You will also ideally hold a Town Planning related degree or equivalent.
