Acoustic Consultant
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Aztrum is pleased to be working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy who provide professional services across 6 sectors including energy, engineering, water, defence, government and property!
They have an excellent opportunity for an Acoustician to join the Acoustic & Air Quality team which makes up the wider Environment & Infrastructure sector. You will work as a key member of the team in providing consultancy services to a variety of clients in the residential, infrastructure & industrial sectors.
Requirements:
Candidates should have demonstrable experience & knowledge of working within a UK based consultancy - your background can focus on either environmental or building acoustics.Duties:
Undertake noise assessments and surveys.
Preparation of fee proposals.
Continued professional development.
Noise modelling work using software including CadnaA & ODEON.
Prepare and complete technical reports.
Liaise with clients, local authorities, and engineers regarding project requirements.
Environmental noise surveys.
