Job Description
Management Accountant | £35,000 - £40,000 |Bolton & Hybrid| Broad exposure | Flexible Working Hours
Axon Moore are pleased to be working on behalf of a well-established yet rapidly growing organisation based in Bolton who are looking to add a Management Accountant to their team.
This is a newly created position which will provide additional support due to growth within the business and this role is to further strengthen the finance function in line with its future growth plans.
A generous starting salary is on offer up to £40,000, and the business also boasts a great working culture with hybrid and flexible working also on offer.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Preparation and reporting of monthly management accounts with appropriate commentary
Being a valued business partner with the Operations team to support and assist in making business decisions
To ensure balance sheets and cashflows are accurate and reconciled.
To provide appropriate additional analysis to support the accounts and any ad hoc analysis as required.
To assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
Ad hoc takes to support the wider finance team
Required Skills and Experience:
Good management accounts experience
Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT qualified
Good IT and MS Excel skills
Great attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
Experience of working as part of a team
Able to quickly adapt to change
Work efficiently towards meeting deadlines
