Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role within a leading food manufacturing company?
Salary: £48,000
Shift: Panama Days and Nights
Location: Nottingham
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join my client's team in Nottingham. As a Planned Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement planned maintenance strategies to optimise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
* Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring timely resolution.
* Collaborate with production teams to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
* Monitor and analyse equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.
* Use CMMS software efficiently
Qualifications and Experience:
* Apprenticeship within an Engineering discipline.
* Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
