Change Analyst

Permanent – £50,000- £55,000

Hybrid – 3 days a week in office

High Wycombe

A growing organisation we are partnering with are growing their technology team and are looking to hire a seasoned Change Analyst to help drive and support change within the organisation.


The focus of this role will be on stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to ensure smooth adoption of digital changes. By assisting in these areas, the change analyst will align initiatives with the organisation's goals and support a successful transition.


This Change Analyst role will require experience with the following:

  • Proven experience in change analyst roles and familiarity with change models
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment!
  • Be an exceptional communicator, detail orientated and comfortable working in an environment that is going through a large amount of change, whilst influencing stakeholders
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and technologies is desirable
  • Change management qualifications/ certifications desirable
