The Company:

A multinational clothing, footwear and home products retailer are looking for an experienced Customer Insights Analyst to join their team to provide analytics and reporting to the wider business.

The Role:

As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Collecting data and performing advanced analytics

- Proving insights and recommendations from the data collected to the wider business and stakeholders

- Using data visualisation tools to creat reports and dashboards

- Looking at customer buying, segmentation and loyalty

Skills/Requirements:

- SQL is required

- Experience in a data visualisation tool preferably Power BI

- Strong communication

- Innovative and proactive personality
