The job
* This is a full-time position; 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
* You will assist with the secure and safe setup of IT and AV equipment and software
* Check teaching and practice rooms to ensure IT and AV equipment is in good order
* Provide assistance to staff and students on the basic use of IT equipment and software
* Maintain user accounts and permissions on IT systems
* Assist with diagnosis and resolution of basic IT/AV faults and issues
* Staff the IT helpdesk and process jobs according to agreed standards
In return
* Salary - £28,166 per annum (Scale Point 18)
* Benefits including free catered lunches during term time and free tickets to concerts.
