What You Will Receive:

• Salary range £40,000-£43,000 (depending on experience) per annum including service charge.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management of restaurant and in-room dining services.
• Lead team briefings to inspire and guide members, providing assistance as needed to reach shared goals.
• Engage with hotel guests and VIPs, preparing VIP reports for the Executive Management Team.
• Organize and oversee staff training sessions, including routine tastings.

About You:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining outlet preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Due to the nature of the outlet, French-speaking candidates are preferred.
