This position reports to the Gaming Service Manager, and Aspers Electronic Gaming Technicians are accountable for:

• Providing technical guidance and support to the site in the installation/removal of gaming product
• General repair and preventative maintenance of all gaming products and ensuring equipment integrity.
• Maintains compliance with Company & Gaming Board policies and procedures.

Selection Criteria (Essential)

• A minimum of 1-year of technical experience in a casino environment/Electronic Gaming Facility.
• Extensive knowledge of service industry and service culture and an exceptional knowledge of Gaming products, services and facilities.
• Good understanding of compliance and security issues within the industry.
• Time management skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Technically driven.
• Attention to detail.

Aligned to Gambling Legislation, all applicants must be aged 18 or over to work at Aspers.
