Daily life at carpo

Our Baristas are the masters of our coffee bars and keep all guests and colleagues happy with great coffee, tea, and chocolate beverages.

We are looking for

A full time Barista with latte art skills and accustomed to work in a high-volume coffee place.

Hardworking individuals who can work to efficient process methods and adapt to various roles are the key to making the supply chain run smoothly.

You will be joining a small community of dedicated, hard-working, and energised individuals who pride themselves on their commitment and work ethic.

The ideal candidates must have retail experience in a similar role and display a real passion for customer service.

Main responsibilities:

Welcoming customers to the store and supporting with orders and queries.

Receiving and processing customer payments.

Keeping the workstation clean and sanitized.

Accepting bar related deliveries.

May pack nuts in bags or sacks.

Following health and safety regulations in the work place.

Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
