Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer
Location: Ossett
Salary: £52,000 - rising to £53,000 + Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off (Days & Nights), 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm)
TXM Recruit is sourcing Senior Maintenance Engineers for one of the world's most recognizable brands. Based at their flagship Wakefield site, the company is expanding and investing in operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform reactive and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks to optimize production line performance.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems (motors, controllers, sensors).
Collaborate within a team of 12 engineers to improve operational efficiency.
Work within WCM, TPM principles, and drive continuous improvement.Requirements:
Dual-skilled in electrical and mechanical engineering.
Level 3 qualified.
2-3 years’ experience in FMCG or automated environments.Benefits:
