Building profitable, long-term relationships with key strategic partners and contacts.
Taking ownership of a large pipeline of cases from application to loan redemption.
Ensuring all credit applications comply with company policy.
Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Liaising with internal and external departments to monitor service standards.
Highlighting ideas for innovation and improvement.
Conducting site visits and proactively seeking new business opportunities.
Justifying recommendations for clients outside traditional lending policies.
Undertaking risk and quality reviews of identified firms and individuals.
Keeping up-to-date with regulatory environments, product ranges, and company policies.
