KS3 English Teacher- Boston
Milk Education are recruiting for a qualified English Teacher to teach KS3 students at a mainstream secondary school in Boston, lincolnshire. This is a full-time, long term role to begin as soon as possible. The correct candidate MUST be happy to cover additional subjects when needed.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Teach pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
* Follow the syllabus and create lesson plans and deliver cover lessons of other subjects including languages and science.
Non-negotiables:
* Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people.
* Relevant English degree/experience.
* The ability to teach a large group of KS3 students.
* A minimum degree level qualification (ideally holding QTS) with 6 months of teaching experience.
* Good behaviour management.
