Job Description

The project leader will need to be able to lead and manage an installation project (CCTV, access control, intrusion systems, etc.) from start to finish utilizing the blue print and schematics provided by the customer. This individual needs to be able to communicate effectively with customers as well as provide direction to installers or helpers to complete the project in a timely manner.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Certifications with Brivo, Honeywell, Bosch, DSC and DMP will be VERY BENEFICIAL

If not certified the tech will need to be comfortable going through the certification process

Joining an a global business and technology services company (TEKsystems) to subcontract for a large commercial security company . There is an expectation of 12 months of work with a pipeline of work coming down the road as we grow the program and add more resources. There is a career path to be able to move from a foreman role into more of a supervising or oversight role. In the beginning stages there may be a sporadic amount of work but as the consistency develops and the program grows as well as the partnership (TRUST) from our partners we will be provided larger enterprise and commercial projects. This will allow one of our large commercial partners to hand off a piece of work to TEKsystems to complete and hand back with the intention to have a satisfied customer for them and building a trustworthy partnership to be handed more opportunities.

This will take work off some of our customers plate to reduce headcount dollars, cost and workload. This will allow them to complete the work needed internal while still growing their business as we are a trusted partner to complete the work.
