Plumbing Operations Manager NEEDED!!

Must have strong Plumbing Operations Manager background with the following:
- Plumbing Design - Plumbing Estimating
- Plumbing Project Management
- Plumbing Sales
Commercial and Institutional Preferred:
- Master Plumber
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering, or construction management preferred
• Solid knowledge of all area plumbing codes.
• Familiarity with area building, fire, and mechanical codes.
• Solid knowledge of all disciplines of construction drawings, specifications, and related documents.
• Ability to estimate and manage design/build and plan and spec projects from conceptual budgets through project closeout.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn estimating and accounting software
