About Company / Opportunity:The Client Service Associate provides primary support to the Wealth Management Team and must possess excellent organizational skills and interpersonal capabilities to effectively interact with teammates, clients, and the back office. The position will provide support to Financial Advisors, be responsible for all administrative duties, and assist in all areas of client operations including opening new accounts, movement of funds, and account maintenance. The Client Service Associate must be detail oriented and have the flexibility and ability to prioritize various projects, have strong follow-through, and take initiative on tasks. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to pursue a career as a financial planner or financial advisor.

Responsibilities:This position will support a team of Financial Advisors who provide financial plans for our clients that enable them to achieve their retirement goals. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Coordinate with our clients, advisors, and custodians to set up new accounts, transfer assets, process money movements.
- Coordinate with clients and advisors to schedule meetings using email, Salesforce and calendar software.
- Prepare for client meetings by updating agendas in Word or Excel and running reports in our portfolio management software.
- Proactively supporting advisors by anticipating client needs and enabling advisors to maximize their time
- Complete requests from advisors and clients within 24-48hrs, ensuring accuracy, and effectively keeping everyone in the loop throughout the process.
- Operating in a team-based environment where teammates help each other in times of heavy workload and are all working toward meeting the needs of the client
- 3+ years of prior experience preferred
- Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with willingness to learn other industry-specific technology/custodial systems, as required.
- Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree or 4-years of college preferred.
- Current SIE & Series 7 licenses or the ability/willingness to obtain these licenses within 12-months of employment. Other licenses could be required.
