Pay: $150-$190k + Equity & Benefits

Employment: Full Time/Permeant/Hybrid



Role Overview:


Become the driving force behind our development team's efficiency optimization. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll spearhead the automation of operational workflows, establish robust environments, manage critical incidents, scale our infrastructure, and configure observability. Your expertise will ensure team operates seamlessly, and our systems maintain unparalleled reliability, supporting ground-breaking work in AI and financial services.

Qualifications:


- 4+ years of proven experience in a DevOps or similar

- Proficiency in writing CI/CD scripts

- Programming expertise in Python

- Proven track record in managing cloud-based application environments, preferably in AWS or Azure

- Experience monitoring mission-critical production applications and responding to incidents/outages

- Adept at Docker containerization

- Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills

Nice to have:


- Experience with Rust, Kubernetes, DataDog, Helm Charts

- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Chef, Ansible or simillar

- Interest in financial services
