Responsibilities:



  • Lead the correct execution of Sales design portfolio, including methodologies and tools (MC1, Sales Force, Scanntech, Mtrix e Neogrid).

  • Responsible for E2E implementation (elaborate/organize, design, test, go live and hypercare) of each project, management reports, training, in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the specific productivity norms.

  • Coordinate cross-functional group forums, with strong partnership with other areas such as IT, Finance, Sales, etc, that requires high personal interface skills to educate and gain commitment to progress on new projects.

  • Support the design and implementation of planning program according to sales strategy, to detect opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to achieve performance and targets.

  • Participate and lead Brazil and LATAM forums, with Coordinators and Managers to discuss Sales Design projects.

  • Support IT Latam and local teams to evaluate impacts, costs and timeline of implementations.

  • Ensuring the E2E implementation (elaboration, organization, design, smoke test, go live and hypercare) of each project wave.

  • Design and improve sales systems, capturing opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation and automatization of industry best practices (other countries).

  • Organize and execute of ‘Release and Roll out’ Agenda of Tech Sales.

  • Lead cross-functional group forums.

  • Manage insight platforms such as Scanntech, Mtrix and Neogrid, supporting users and providing new requirements according with business needs.

  • Managing the implementation of EDI for strategic clients through partner Neogrid, with the transmission of sales orders directly from the client to Pepsico, bringing savings and productivity.

  • Training and qualification of sales tools, both web and mobile, sharing the concepts and promoting the awareness in PepsiCo.

  • Develop periodic analysis of the KPIs evolution and performance of Distributors, to guarantee the correct information and deadline for Sales team.

  • Verify compliance of Tech Sales process (SOX audit), and guarantee the systematic in accordance with LatAm and financial specifications.

  • Monitor and control software licenses (Sales Force and MC1).

  • Technological alignment of changes to the PepsiCo Management Model (Dynamo).

  • Negotiate and renew partner contracts.

  • Responsible for Tech Sales annual budget and AOP’s construction of ongoing projects and new functionalities.


Qualifications:



  • Education: Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or similar.

  • Previous experience in project design and management.

  • Knowledge in Sales processes and KPIs, basic finance.

  • Technical skills: AGILE and SCRUM methodologies, SAP system, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills, and Power BI intermediate level.

  • English and Spanish intermediate-advance level.

  • Personal Profile: Analytical, Synthesis ability, Resilient, Prioritization, Creative, Dynamic, excellent in communication skills and multifunctional teamwork. Skill in decision making.
