Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The main purpose of the Transformation Sr. Manager (Sales focus) is to strategically manage and orchestrate a portfolio of transformation projects that are crucial for building the sales function of the future. This role ensures the alignment of these projects with the company's long-term business objectives, driving innovation in sales processes and technologies. The focus is on creating a forward-looking, agile sales organization that leverages data, digital tools, and advanced methodologies to stay ahead of market trends and meet evolving customer needs.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of high-impact transformation projects that align with the company's strategic goals for the sales function. Prioritize initiatives based on their potential to drive innovation and create the sales organization of the future, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, IT, marketing, and finance, to ensure the seamless integration of transformation initiatives. Act as a senior liaison, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments to align efforts and maximize the impact of transformation projects.
  • Innovation and Future-Ready Sales Development: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and innovative processes within the sales function. Strategically guide the evolution of sales operations to build a future-ready, agile sales organization capable of responding to market changes and customer demands.
  • Strategic Vision and Roadmap Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to define and continuously refine the strategic vision for the sales transformation. Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term initiatives required to achieve the desired future state of the sales function.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Influence: Engage with and influence key stakeholders across the organization to gain buy-in for transformation initiatives. Utilize senior-level strategic thinking and communication skills to align diverse interests and drive consensus on the direction and priorities of the sales transformation efforts.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Completed degree.
  • Previous experience in sales roles.
  • Advanced English level; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strategic Leadership: experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives with Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and align stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • Sales Operations and Technology Acumen: in-depth knowledge of sales operations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess project performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that optimize transformation efforts.
  • Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders, including executive leadership, to gain buy-in and drive.
