Project Quantity Surveyor - Super Prime Residential / Boutique Retail

As part of its next exciting phase of growth, a principle contractor within the lucrative super prime residential has vacancies for at least 2 Project Quantity Surveyors.
Focusing within the super prime residential and boutique retail sector, time and time again they deliver innovate projects that continue to inspire.
You will form part of the next generation of Surveyors, who it is hoped will be an integral of the business for the long term.
Your talent, skills and experience will encompass the following :
• Quantity Surveying Degree
• The ability to absorb complex information and prioritise tasks effectively
• Highly professional, well presented, reliable, punctual and responsible
• IT literate with good working knowledge of word and excel
• Ability to use measurement software advantageous
• Basic understanding of building technology with an ability to read and understand construction drawings/specifications
