Job Description
Data, Reporting and Insight Analyst - Finance (£43,000 per annum, full time)
Job Role
This is a new role within our finance improvements programme, delivering improvements in data, reporting and insight for the Finance team and the wider organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring that West Kent has accurate and appropriate data, with one version of the truth. You will create and maintain a reporting suite to support finance business processes, inform decision making and support regulatory reporting.
We are looking for someone with experience of using reporting tools such as Power BI to support performance reporting and KPI's, You must also have an understanding of financial charts of accounts, trial balance and primary financial statements within social housing.
We are looking for an AAT Qualified Accountant or equivalent. You will also have experience of project delivery; particularly identifying data integrity issues and designing solutions with an attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a good communicator with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear way.
