Lead, Product Development - Major Payment Firm

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for product development and management involving cross border payments and platforms in Asia. You will lead and drive the entire product management cycle and manage end-to-end client engagement, ensuring best in class service delivery. Working closely with senior management, you will execute the product roadmap and continuously drive improvement in processes, enhance overall service efficiency and provide seamless, timely cross border and customized solutions to clients and partnering banks.

Requirements

You hold a Degree in Business, Technology or related discipline and have at least 10 years of relevant experience. Experience in transaction banking gained in major financial institutions in cash management and payment networks/platform is mandatory. Prior capacity in a commercial product management/development role is essential. You have extensive knowledge of payment industry products and keep abreast of evolving industry trends and technology. Exposure to various markets in Asia and ability to engage in cross-border business with appreciation of local country regulations is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, be able to apply sound business judgment and work effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
