The role


The GTM Strategy & Operations Lead will be a strategic partner to the VP Global Sales Operations, providing essential support and operational leadership. This role will be pivotal in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and success of the worldwide sales operations function.



  • Strategic Partner - As a strategic partner to VP Sales Operations, provide insight and support for excellent decision-making -

    • Prepare for VP Sales Ops for business reviews and leadership meetings (Weekly & Monthly)

    • Develop the action goals, measure progress and provide updates to key stakeholders

    • Provide “sounding board” active listening and knowledge of the organisation & strategic priorities to problem-solve a broad range of areas that impact progress within the Sales Organisation

    • Provide decision support by gathering data, analyzing information, and presenting considerations to the VP of Sales Ops and the EC Leadership Team.



  • Execution: Monitor & support critical projects rollout (e.g. GTM Planning, QBR, Sales Hygiene Improvement initiatives) -

    • Establish effective execution tracking/reporting processes suitable for reporting at various levels across the Sales Operations team

    • Operate at a tactical, strategic, and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organisational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility

    • Track high-priority initiatives at large and identify any obstacles, communicate initiative status, pulling in other stakeholders as necessary to ensure the quality and timely deliverables



  • Communication & Internal Cadence: Act as the Point of Contact between VP Sales Ops and his organisation -

    • Engage and manage stakeholders; ensure effective communications plans are in place and managed on an ongoing basis across the Sales Ops Organization

    • Develop presentations and communications content to the Sales Ops organization by liaising with the relevant stakeholders




What you’ll bring



  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic or operational role within a sales organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

  • Experience in the technology or software industry is an advantage

  • Strong project management skills.
