Unilever is huge account for Kantar and this role will be working with a highly inclusive client team. You will be joining a progressive and innovative team that will provide you with opportunities for growth and development. This role focuses on driving insights for the strategically important Nutrition (Foods) team. With brands including Hellmanns, Knorr, Pot Noodle, Colmans & Marmite to name a few, you will be helping to shape the future direction of some of the UK's best known brands.

- Maintain and elevate the successful client relationship with key contacts
- Day to day client servicing, including liaising with the clients on their insight requests, training, and data queries.
- Producing & delivering high quality insights to stakeholders (including senior audiences).
- Whilst onsite, you will be focused on briefings, presenting insights, and forging strong working relationships with Unilever and other agencies.
- Helping to deliver against the key account objectives and playing a key role within both the client and account pillars.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Unilever and BUD team
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to help optimise ways of working.
- Ensure high level of servicing on the account with a view to maintaining excellent review scores eg. day to day servicing, data accuracy, attention to detail, timeliness, proactivity, and communication.
- The ability to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, inspiring trust, and confidence.
- A sense of energy, inquisitiveness, enthusiasm & fun to fit into a vibrant team culture
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations.
- Confident presenter who is happy to present to large groups of people.
- Good attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management skills.
- Willing to embrace, drive and suggest change.
