If you share our values and want to be a part of a successful, dynamic, and creative global business then we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity:
With exciting growth plans driving the digital side of our Gaming business, we’re seeking a standout Customer Success Executive to join our ambitious team and help shape the future of this dynamic industry. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a thriving, fast-evolving company within a highly lucrative and social sector. Plus, you'll be working with a business backed by Blackstone, one of the world’s top global investment firms.
We take pride in our portfolio of industry-leading events and comprehensive digital marketing services under three powerhouse brands: ICE (International Casino Exhibition), iGB (iGaming Business), and iGBA (iGB Affiliate). Our flagship event, IGBA London, draws over 7,000 attendees each year, making it the largest trade show in the iGaming affiliate space. This is bolstered by IGBAffiliate.com and an array of digital marketing services. But we’re far from complacent—we’re always innovating, expanding, and striving to deliver unparalleled experiences for our customers.
This is your chance to be part of a vibrant company with a strong vision and the tools to transform the industry.

- Drive Customer Growth: Build strong, lasting relationships with existing clients by deepening your understanding of their goals, messages, and success metrics—boosting year-over-year retention and increasing their spend.
- Pipeline & Resource Management: Oversee client project pipelines, efficiently managing resources to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
- Lead Client Kick-Offs: Run smooth and organized client kick-off processes, ensuring all objectives are clearly communicated, and resources are allocated for optimal project delivery.
- Spot Opportunities for Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to increase client investment and expand partnerships.
- Data-Driven Insights: Keep client data up-to-date and track progress meticulously within our delivery system to ensure full visibility and smooth operations.
- Relationship Building & Delivery Excellence: Be the cornerstone of our delivery process, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring every aspect of delivery is executed flawlessly and efficiently.

- Customer-centric focus, with a deep understanding of client objectives and the ability to prioritize efforts to exceed expectations.
- Energetic and proactive approach, consistently driving growth, success, and identifying new opportunities for improvement.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to accurately track, analyse, and act on data for informed decision-making.
