We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong project management skills to join our dynamic team Data Analytics & Insight. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile processes, ensure efficient project execution, and bridge communication between cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in driving projects to successful completion while fostering an environment of transparency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles to boost productivity and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Develop, update, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project success.
- Monitor project progress and performance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery within scope.
- Identify and proactively remove obstacles that could impact team progress and performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address dependencies, manage risks, and align objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between product owners, development teams, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders through regular updates and meetings.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation within the team.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and key performance metrics, using project management tools.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile environment, within Data and Analytics teams.
- Strong proficiency in the Atlassian suite, especially Jira and Confluence, is essential for this position.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
