Finatal has partnered with a high-growth manufacturing business backed by an industry-leading Private Equity fund. The company is poised for impressive growth through their partnership with the Fund and is one of the prominent players in their market. The business is recruiting a Finance Lead to join their lean team - reporting directly to the GCFO.

The role will have fantastic exposure to experienced senior stakeholders and will be part of the strategic decision-making of the business. This role is a crucial hire for the business and will focus on driving performance and improving profitability - working closely with commercial leads and building strategic business plans.

We seek a Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in the growth journey. This role demands a candidate comfortable with autonomy, demonstrating a commercial mindset and the gravitas to challenge and influence stakeholders. You will be trusted to make significant decisions that will impact the business's growth and profitability.

This candidate will be required to travel internationally.

The Role:

• Responsible for tax, regulatory compliance, financial controls, audit
• EBITDA forecasting and improvement
• Preparation of detailed customer margin and material cost analysis
• Commercial decision-making - regarding consumer contracts and pricing analysis
• Building cost centres from scratch
• Infor Accounting system
• Presenting regularly to C-suite
• Using data tools to improve financial decision-making and reporting

The Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Hands-on experience across numerous elements of the finance function
• Taking a data-driven approach
• Confident communication and presentation skills
