Finatal is partnered with a PE-backed, high-growth software business with a global footprint and is on an exciting journey of transformation and expansion. We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Business partner to join the dynamic team and work closely with the CFO and senior leadership.

This individual should have strong proficiency with SQL and bring a data-driven approach to their work; the business is advanced with its technology infrastructure and now wants to use it to improve commercial and strategic finance.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant commercial impact on the business and play a pivotal role in our future success. The opportunity has arisen due to the continued growth following numerous funding rounds; therefore, they need a dynamic FP&A analyst to be a crucial part of their continued organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Advisory: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CFO, CEO, COO, and Divisional Heads, providing strategic insights and acting as a trusted advisor on commercial and financial matters.
• Performance and Analysis: Deliver best practice management reporting and modelling, offering strategic insights on core growth metrics and presenting financial results with commentary to the senior leadership team.
• Business Partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders on monthly performance reviews, sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, customer margin analysis, and pricing decisions to drive commercial success.
• Financial Planning: Facilitate and support the annual budget preparation and rolling monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Process Improvement: Implement and enhance processes and systems to improve financial operations and reporting efficiency.
• FP&A Strategy: Work with the Head of Finance and CFO to develop and execute the FP&A plan, supporting strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
• Project Support: Provide financial analysis and business case development for strategic initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant
• Experienced in FP&A
• Experience with SaaS/Recurring Revenue
