Finatal is working with a rapidly expanding private equity-backed digital transformation business, who are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to lead their financial strategy and operations. With nine offices worldwide and an ambitious plan to triple EBITDA over the next 3-5 years through an acquisitive growth strategy, this role presents a unique opportunity for a finance leader to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the C-suite team, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Drive financial planning, analysis, and forecasting to support the company's growth objectives.
• Partner with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and financial modeling to ensure sound decision-making and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead due diligence processes for acquisitions, ensuring accurate financial assessments and integrations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including private equity partners, to communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior finance role within professional services, ideally in consultancy or similar revenue stream environments.
• Strong understanding of financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning in a fast-paced growth setting.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior executives.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are preferred.
