Maitre d' (UK)

We are looking for a Maitre d' for our Sagardi Restaurant in London (UK).

We are Sagardi Group, leaders in the hospitality sector and with an international reference project, initially specialized in Basque cuisine and now also diversified in other gastronomic concepts.

What are you going to do in Sagardi?:

• Plan and organize the ranges taking into account the restaurant's needs.
• Develop, control and manage the set of tables in the restaurant.
• Advise customers on both food and beverage.
• Ensure the highest level of quality.
• Lead the team together with the Restaurant Manager.
• Assign tables to diners.

You will be a "top" candidate if in addition:

• You have full time availability to work split shift.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English (part of the interview is in English).
• Other languages are valued.
• Possibility of national and/or international mobility is valued.
