They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Director to lead their delivery across a portfolio of clients spanning National Security and Public Safety.

You will manage client relationships at the senior level, support business growth, and oversee a portfolio of client revenues exceeding £10 million per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead successful delivery of client outcomes within your portfolio.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships.
• Support pre-sales activities and service offering development.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Delivery Management practice.
• Support commercial growth while balancing delivery quality and risk.
• Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships.
• Coach and develop Delivery Managers within your industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project/programme management or delivery management across the UK public sector / UK government via consultancy.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Proven track record managing project portfolios in the £10m region.
