Our client, a distinguished international law firm headquartered in Central London is currently seeking a Solicitor with between two and four years of post-qualified experience (PQE) to join their renowned Litigation team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As an Associate in this role, you will collaborate with a talented team of legal professionals, working on a range of disputes within the financial and regulatory spheres, including professional negligence, civil fraud, international arbitration, and corporate claims. As a Solicitor within this team, you'll engage with prestigious clients, including financial institutions, international corporates, and professional services firms. The role demands a UK qualified solicitor with 2-4 years PQE, possessing excellent drafting skills, a commercial focus, and a strong track record with client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include advising on a wide range of disputes, engaging in complex commercial litigation and/or arbitration, and contributing to contentious regulatory matters. The role offers exposure to major cases, such as banking and investment fraud, shareholder disputes, product recalls, and regulatory investigations.
