About You

As a Manager, you excel in taking ownership of program delivery, working closely with senior leadership to drive new business, and leading teams to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Your expertise includes the design, leadership and execution of complex programs, including strategic roadmapping, maturity assessments, capability planning, omnichannel and digital excellence, all within the sphere of change management consulting.


The Role

As a Manager at DT, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-impact consulting projects for leading companies in the life sciences sector. Your role will focus on leveraging our people, thinking, and unique approach to advisory services to help leading companies in the life sciences sector navigate their transformational efforts.


Responsibilities


Project Delivery and Management:

  • Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and achievement of project milestones.
  • Employ innovative methodologies to gather and analyse data, transforming insights into actionable recommendations and solutions, through active discussion with clients and colleagues across DT/Indegene.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and implement efficiencies in delivery processes and approaches, with a focus on enhancing customer centricity.
  • Design and oversee large-scale and senior client workshops and other engagements, including preparation of materials and effective management of session logistics.
  • Track and manage project KPIs, including revenue, overall project health metrics, and timely delivery of project outcomes.
  • Manage and address any issues that arise during project delivery, including risk mitigation planning and execution.


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage, coach, and mentor multidisciplinary and international project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Establish high expectations for self and team members; clearly articulating requirements to achieve project goals.
  • Assume responsibility for the team's work and represent the team in the eyes of the client.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members to support their development and project success.
  • Develop team members' skills and capabilities to meet evolving project demands and client expectations.


Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Ownership of client relationship(s) at the project level.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with global senior stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure successful project execution.
  • Incorporate client feedback to demonstrate understanding of their concerns and expectations.
  • Use insights from client and relationship to guide team interactions and support broader relationship building.
  • Identify and address emerging trends in Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and Commercial Strategy, leveraging insights to enhance project delivery.


Business Development Support:

  • Lead the development of proposals and pricing, leveraging broader DT/Indegene capabilities.
  • Contribute to DT's proposition development by providing insights and feedback based on project delivery experiences and subject matter expertise.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, assisting in proposal preparation, and presenting compelling strategies.
  • Manages conversations and interactions with clients to understand potential needs in order to scope proposals or idea generation.
  • Collaborate with account leads to produce industry benchmark reports, point-of-views, and other insightful documents.


Your Experience

Proven track record in management consulting with a strong focus on project delivery and execution, particularly within the life sciences sector on projects including one or more of the following:

  • Articulating omnichannel / digital excellence and working with clients to identify gaps and solutions to move towards a 'north star' state.
  • Developing enterprise content and channel strategies, end-to-end.
  • Designing and implementing CX transformation programs e.g. CX vision, CX insight and CX Measurement.
  • Managing benchmarking and measurement assessments.
  • Designing and implementing programs to improve core engagement capabilities e.g. data and analytics.
  • Managing business change & transformation programmes.

Demonstrated Account management capabilities: including developing account plans, crafting proposals, and building and leading strong functional teams, working to soft targets.

Exceptional working knowledge of consulting methodologies and tools.

Proven experience in building and maintain strong client relationships at a top tier or relevant boutique consultancy.

Experienced with the facilitation of workshops and presentations to clients.

Management and mentorship of team members, onsite and offshore.

Good understanding of organisational change management as a key component of clients’ transformation cycles.

Excellent project delivery / management, including financials, reporting and tracking.

Proficiency with revenue tracking and how that impacts business development targets.

First-class analytical and consulting skills, including project management, client management, delivery, and people management.

Strong interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and writing skills.


You will be based in our UK office and visit clients around the world. This role does not involve prolonged periods working at a single client site. International travel can take up a small, ad-hoc amount of your time. All candidates must be eligible to work in the relevant location.
