Client Services Analyst - £30-40k - 2 days on-site in London - must have Math or STEM Degree.

Volition are working with a FinTech firm of 65 employees who build Portfolio Management Software.

In this role you will:

• Operate as point of contact for all matters specific to your clients. Questions can vary from basic software usage to quantitative/model related topics.

• Assist clients in building reports in the software.

• Gain exposure to clients through managing client subscriptions and renewals.

• Provide web-based training to the users on the client side. Training can be how to navigate the software; all the way to interpreting the various quantitative models.

• Performing software demonstrations

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Financial Mathematics, Econometrics or related quantitative field.

• 6 months+ of Client Facing experience in a Support, Client Services, Implementation etc role.

• Experience of Microsoft Excel is a must and knowledge of VBA will be advantageous.
