Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 (Depending on Experience)

Are you a skilled Fit-Out Site Manager seeking an opportunity to work with a first-class residential developer? We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team and manage fit-out works on a prestigious London development.

The Role

As the Fit-Out Site Manager, you will plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects specifically related to the fit-out phase of the project. You will focus on the process of making interior spaces suitable for occupation by adding finishing touches such as partitions, furnishings, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise fit-out installation, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and project management teams to ensure façade works are executed according to the agreed specifications and timelines.
• Oversee and monitor subcontractors’ performance, maintaining high standards of quality and safety on site.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, ensuring that all works comply with safety regulations and design intent.
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues, providing technical support and problem-solving when necessary.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as an Internal Site Manager, ideally with a background in large-scale residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Fit-Out works and experience working from First-Fix to Handover
• Comprehensive understanding of construction health and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
