A multi-disciplinary, Building Services led Principal Contractor requires a Planner to work on a significant Data Centre project in Essex.

Working for a Principal Contractor, you'll be responsible for both the MEP and CSA elements of the scheme, working closely with the project delivery team.

This opportunity is available on both a PAYE and freelance basis.

Some of your duties will include:

• Leading planning services as an important part of the project team, from project conception to completion
• Liaison with clients and external planning stakeholders, leading programme meetings and coming up with solutions for any changes
• Set up programmes, making sure there are auditable trails
• Coming up with innovative ideas and solutions to the project delivery team
• Identifying and coming up with solutions for project risks
• Putting key milestones in place for various project stages
