We are looking for an ambitious Contract Recruitment Manager or seasoned Head of Contract to build out a brand new business line in the United States. You’ll have the opportunity to relocate to New York or remain in London.

A brief intro to Thurn Partners

We are a high-end search business operating across North America and Western Europe, specialising in the investment and financial technology industries. We connect the leadership teams of hedge funds, trading firms and alternative investment management businesses to the highest calibre talent across investment, research, and technology.

Since being established in December 2017, we’ve had exceptional year-on-year growth that has surpassed our imaginations. We’re a value-driven company based in the heart of London and utilise technology and a data-driven, systematic approach to what we do. Everyone in the business champions our culture of collaboration, ideas sharing and continuous improvement.

In the next phase of our strategic growth plan, we’re looking to partner with a seasoned recruiter to build out a US focused technology contract business. You will have ownership of the contract side of the business, being responsible for its design and management, fully supported by the Founders and People Team. We have an established graduate academy that will feed the growth of this business line and are able to build the team across London and New York.

You will oversee the performance and development of the team, working to achieve both individual and collective goals. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, a firm grasp of the business strategy, and the ability to drive commercial success. In addition to mentoring team members, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, overseeing candidate generation, and ensuring smooth delivery of multiple projects on time.
