Overview:

As the Compliance Manager (UK, EU & USA), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the firm meet key regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Head of Compliance and reporting to the Director of Risk & Compliance, you will oversee the daily activities of the compliance team and help shape their risk and regulatory framework across multiple regions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate and manage workloads across the team to ensure swift conflict checks and efficient handling of new client matters.
• Provide training and support to team members on key regulatory issues.
• Respond to complex regulatory queries and investigations.
• Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment efforts and assist with other strategic projects.
• Present key insights and updates to senior stakeholders and office heads.

Requirements:

• Experience leading compliance teams in an international law firm.
• Strong knowledge of SRA requirements, AML regulations, and conflict-related matters.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Intapp Open, GDPR requirements, and sanctions compliance is a plus.
