Short Description of the Job

• Undertake and enable automated testing activities in all delivery models, including both Waterfall and continuous integration continuous delivery environment (CICD) Make sure repeatable, constant and consistent quality is built into all phases of the idea to value lifecycle at reduced cost or reduced time to market, ensuring the detection of any defect are identified at the earliest possible moment Support teams to develop quality solutions reliably and predictably and enable continuous integration and assurance of defect free deployment of customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end to end quality development function by quality automation using quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity
• Design and creation of low maintenance suite of stable re-usable automated tests which are usable both within the Product or Domain and also across Domains and systems in an end to end capacity
• Works with colleagues at multiple levels, cross-Domain, Domain, Platform and Feature teams, understanding and analysing testing requirements, including functional requirements, to plan, design, develop & maintain (where necessary) the work required to perform and monitor automation testing, building in quality as an integral part of all activities
• Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions
