Legal PA

Location: St Paul's (London)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days in 2 WFH!

Salary: up to £40,000, overtime paid.


Role Overview: They are seeking a highly experienced Legal PA to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience working within a similar law firm as a PA support senior partners and fee earners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and managing phone calls.
  • Billing.
  • Managing and organising diaries.
  • Drafting and preparing correspondence.
  • Arranging travel itineraries and bookings.
  • Organising and scheduling client meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a busy law firm.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
