We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our growing creative agency in Central London.
We work with the world’s biggest brands producing advertising and marketing content all over the globe, with offices in London, New York, Abu Dhabi and Singapore.

What would a role at RD look like?
- Lead the production of global campaigns from concept through to delivery, coordinating all stages of content production whilst ensuring cohesive storytelling and alignment with client vision
- Collaborate closely with our in-house Film Studio, Creative, Shoot, and Post-Production teams to bring clients' stories to life, coordinating resources and workflows for seamless execution.
- International travel - manage international projects, traveling globally as needed to oversee shoots in diverse locations.
- Supervise a team of production assistants and coordinators, providing guidance and support to achieve smooth project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external production partners.
- Manage and optimise your project budgets and timelines, overseeing cost control and forecasting.
- Promote innovative and creative approaches to workflows and project management.
- Inputting creatively and helping the shape the stories we tell.
Required Skills:
- Personality is the most important attribute to our team. We are looking for someone to join the team who is lovely to work with, a people person who is passionate about telling incredible stories and thrives in a collaborative environment where they get to work with talented and creative people every day.
- 5+ years experience working within a production team and the creative services sector with an emphasis on managing and delivering projects in excess of £100k.
- Proven on-set experience (locally and internationally), leading on productions.
- Experience with time management systems and budget tracking for end to end productions.
- Experience in client facing roles.
- Open to regional and international travel, sometimes for extended periods of time.
- Strong organisational & team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of Apple and Microsoft suites. A bonus if you have experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Full UK Drivers License.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (on-site)
- Salary: £40,000.00 - £50,000.00 /year
