Real Estate Portfolio Analyst (Back/Middle office) - Top Tier Private Equity Business

Mondrian Alpha have partnered with a well established Private Equity firm helping them secure a Portfolio Analyst to sit within their back/middle office team and focus on their Real Estate and/or NPL portfolio. This role will initially run for a nine month FTC.

This is a broad and highly analytical role which will support across deal activity. This will work closely with the Portfolio Managers analysing portfolio and investment data and delivering detailed performance/valuation reports. You will support the Investor Relations team with ongoing fund-raising related work and support on investor queries. Finally, you will work directly with the investment team to manage the portfolio (and some deal level) reporting, this will involve coordinating with loan servicers, facility agents, sponsors and investment partners.

For this we are looking for highly analytical candidates who have minimum 3 years’ experience in the alternative investment space (NPL or Real Estate highly desirable). It is desirable to have obtained ACA / CFA or equivalent and be academically strong. This role will be required to build and manipulate models on a daily basis, so it is vital to have excellent excel skills. Candidates must be on maximum 2 weeks notice.

The firm are looking to pay between £70k - £75k as well as a generous bonus. They offer flexible working hours, and hybrid working conditions.
