We seek a highly motivated Business Development Account Executive to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in nurturing and converting new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential clients.
About the Role:
Key Accountabilities:
- Qualify leads to assess product or service fit.
- Nurture and accelerate the buying process of non-active leads.
- Engage with prospective customers to identify their needs and challenges.
- Communicate the value proposition of our products/services effectively.
- Collaborate with the strategic sales team for a seamless customer transition.
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline through our CRM system.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly motivated with a passion for success in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a numerate, technical, or business discipline.
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent team player with flexibility in work assignments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in or ability to quickly learn the commodities industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce, and familiarity with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator is a plus.
