The Role

We are looking for a research resource to help fuel our ever-expanding Corporate FX Sales team with intelligent leads. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and nurturing potential corporate clients for our foreign exchange services. You will work closely with our Business Intelligence team to utilise researched client profiling to

generate high-quality leads and contribute to the expansion of our corporate business.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum 18 months similar experience in a data analytical environment, with a strong technical capability. An excellent understanding of corporate business structure is a pre-requisite along with the ability to work within a team setting, applying learnings from existing customer data to search criteria.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Intelligent and targeted Lead Sourcing
• Utilisation of existing customer information to forge data driven search channels
• Using sales software tools to build targeted lists of suitable prospects
• Support the growth of new business revenue, working alongside the Sales team
• Maintaining a focus on goals and results whilst striving to exceed expectation
• Developing a solid understanding of both the financial and foreign exchange sectors
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends and sector opportunities
• Exhibiting high levels of professionalism when developing internal business connections

Key skill requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
• Analytical thinking, systematic processes and data research
• Keen interest in software; ability to use CRM tools and Excel to their fullest capacity
• Creative, intelligent approach to research
• Ability to support a thriving target driven environment by working at pace
• Ability to work well independently and within a tight-knit team
